 Cook and drain linguine

1/3 cup of soy sauce

1.5 tablespoon tablespoons Sriracha

2 inches of ginger

Whisk and set aside

1 tablespoon oil – heat

Two eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Cook set aside

1 tablespoon of oil

Zucchini, chopped

Mushroom

Three cloves of garlic, minced

Sauté 5 to 6 minutes until the veggies are cooked

Combine top with peanuts and green onions
