Buttered chicken

 2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil( I use coconut oil)

One onion, diced

Three cloves of garlic, minced

Stir into soften about 10 minutes

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 tablespoon curry past ( red)

2 teaspoons tandoori masala

1 teaspoon garam  masala

16 ounce can of tomato paste

Stir in

Add one cup low-fat yogurt

One can of coconut milk, milk

15 cardamom pods( First, so the cardamom pods together with a needle and thread so that they are easier to remove at the end) 

Salt to taste

Can cook in a slow cooker 4 to 6 hours on high or 68 hours on low
